Cancellation Policy

COST OF PRODUCTION: This show is produced and made available at no cost to our guests or the public. We do ask, however, that you consider making a donation to our partnering non-profit organizations to help their efforts in providing workforce development opportunities to the people of the Charlotte metro area. COOPERATION: Please keep in mind that CharlotteNOW.TV is currently not supported in any way by advertisers. What we ask in considering for your appearance on our show is that you commit to promoting the finalized published show and CharlotteNOW.TV in general. By appearing on the show, you agree to the following: 1.) When released, share the Youtube version of the show across your social media channels within 3 days of release and include plug for our YT channel, and ask people to like and subscribe to our channel. Your show URL will be issued to you for use upon publishing of the show. 2.) Share our CharlotteNOW.TV Facebook version of your show across all your social media channels within 1 week of release and include a plug for our FB channel, and ask people to share, like, and subscribe to our page. The direct video link to the FB video will be provided after the show upon publishing. 3.) Provide an online "review" or testimonial about your experience on the show and the importance of this network to our city. Guests can leave a "review" on our FB page, Google listing and it will also be posted on our website. 4.) Provide a Google Review and a FB review for our sponsor, Ettaro Media, LLC. Links will be provided. COOPERATIVE ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITY: We have in the past promoted our posts using FB advertising and have seen considerable boosts in views. Should you wish to contribute to a campaign, we will meet your contribution $ for $ to promote your particular show across FB/Instagram and/or Google/Youtube. There is no obligation to take advantage of this opportunity. LIMITED RIGHTS: Ettaro Media, LLC, owner of CharlotteNOW.TV will allow you to repost your finalized interview at-will on any platform you see fit, beyond the scope of this agreement, provided that it appears in its original form and social tags and websites are placed in the descriptions for www.charlottenow.tv and www.ettaromedia.com. These permissions do not apply to any derivative works, meaning that the original video cannot be cut up, edited, and reposted in any way without expressed written consent of Ettaro Media, LLC.
